How often do you see someone brag about being expensive? That’s because of my qualifications. I’m Sensei J. Richard Kirkham B.Sc.. I’ve been in martial arts since 1973. I went to college and studied physical education. THAT MEANS, that I not only have developed a highly effective, proven means of self-defense, I, unlike most of my honored, fellow martial artists, am a trained teacher. I spent four years being trained to teach physical activities. I’ve applied these teaching methods to build a no b.s. martial arts and self-defense method that gets results from day one!
