Details of Tour
Day 1

Hanoi Arrival (D)
Arrival in Hanoi. We are greeted & transferred to hotel. A half day city tour with Hanoi highlights. Visit One pillar pagoda,Temple of Literature well-known as the first University of Vietnam, which built in 1070. Then stop over at Fine Arts Museum.The welcome dinner will be in Le Tonkin restaurant with traditional music. In the evening we will enjoy the spectacular performance of Water Puppet show- remarkable Vietnamese art form that combines traditional music, fireworks, underwater puppeteers and elaborate puppets floating gracefully over water. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2

Hanoi "Pho" - Noodle Soup & Hanoi Old Quarters (B)
After breakfast, join a special cooking class at restaurant. The experience starts with a walk to the local market, where you get a chance to learn all about Vietnamese ingredients. Back to restaurant to begin a cooking demonstration, which takes place directly in the kitchen and we get involved. Lunch will be served with dishes, what we prepared. In the afternoon enjoy a city tour by pedicab riding to visit Ngoc Son temple, Hoan Kiem lake, Hanoi Old Quarters. Stop at sidewalk caf, enjoy a coffee and see the Hanoi life on the move. Overnight in Hamoi.
Day 3

Hanoi - Hue (B)
Brekfast at hotel. Transfer to Airport for flight to Hue. On arrival, transfer to hotel. In the afternoon we will be given a short excursion to visit Imperial Citadel including Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple City. Then we move to Thien Mu pagoda – the Hue’s symbol. From Thien Mu we take boat trip down stream to Trang tien bridge and enjoy sun set on Huong river. Royal dinner with royal dance & music performance. Overnight in Hue.
Day 4

Hue - Hoi An (B)
Food in Hue is spicy hot with lots of chili and detailed, sophisticated dish decoration is reflect imperial roots. Today we will learn how to cook some of the most famous Vietnamese Royal foods such as Phoenix Spring Rolls (Nem Phuong) and one of the most popular Hue foods: Mussels with Rice (Com Hen). All of the lessons and practice will be done in the best kitchen in Hue: the Huong Giang Hotel. After afternoon, transfer to Hoi An. We take a very scenic trip to Danang across the Hai Van Pass. The mountainous stretch of the highway offers spectacular views. Known as one of South-East Asia’s major international ports of call for Dutch, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese and other trading vessels with name of Faifo , the charming Hoi An town imply in its diversified cultures .Overnight in Hoi an.
Day 5

Hoi An (B)
After breakfast transfer to White lantern restaurant for the third cooking lesson. The lesson includes shopping for ingredients at central market . We will learn The diversified some Hoi An special dishes such as Cao Lau, White rose. Lunch with the dishes we prepared. After lunch, we have a excusion to visit some major highlight of ancient town including the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tam Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda, the vibrant market. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 6

Hoi An – Danang – Ho Chi Minh city (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Danang airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh city. The remaining time of this day we spend for a half day city tour including: Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Post office, bustling Ben Thanh market. Overnight in Hochiminh city.
Day 7

Ho Chi Minh city (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Ben thanh market to buy some materials for cooking. Back to Cooking school at 09:00 – We are welcome with a complimentary drink. We will receive a manual of the recipes of the day. It help us easy to remain what we have learned after course .The cooking demostation includes 4 to 5 different dishes. End the course with a lunch and the remittance of the Certificates of Participation and of the personal Gifts. We spend the rest time of day to visit Historical Museum – enjoy water puppet show, China town, Thien Hau (Chinese) Pagoda, BinhTay Market. Overnight in Hochiminh City.
Day 8

Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh city departure (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Coach trip to Ben Tre is the metropolis of Ben Tre province through many lush orchards, immense rice fields… En route stop at Ben Luc and try some sweet grapefruit – the local special fruit. Upon arrival we embark a motorized boat trip through the narrow, tree-lined canals of Mekong Delta. Relax on boat and enjoy fresh coconut juice. Stop at Con Quy (Tortoise islet) visit Orchards farm enjoy tropical fruit. Back to boat station by rowing boat through the narrow, green and quiet creeks. We have lunch on local restaurant with special dished as “ elephant ear “ fried fish. Back to Ho Chi Minh city. Transfer to airport for departure flight.
