Hi Business888,
first thing that is noticeable is that your website is not centered so unless you intend to use the space on the right hand side of your page then this is real estate that is going to waste.
The blue text on the green background down the left panel is very hard to read you may want to choose a lighter colour for that and chose colours that are web friendly.. 
The text in the centre frame cell needs to have some text padding added to it as some of it is so close to the green that the last letters are sometimes hard to make out as they are blending with the green.
I would also consider using a larger text size for the main text area as the current size may be hard for some people to read. (I usually use a 12 point font)
A good effort and keep working on it as you are obviously headed in the right direction.
